Awesome guide, just wanted to confirm for the Alliance side. Do you do some other quests in order to have the quest to level garrison to level 2?

No quests are required. Garrison level 2 is unlocked at level 20 :) good luck my friend.

Out of lets say 20 toons how much do you make passively a week in average? :) just looking for a goal vs time.

2232 gold is the guaranteed gold per character every 5 days. That is only taking into consideration the scribe building. In that time I should have gotten from mission tables: 5 mounts in average (coalfist gronling), 10 medalian lost legion, 5 treasure maps, at least a total of 200k garrison resources across all and then some salvage crates also.

Do you unlock quests to get more followers as you level or are you stuck with who you have at the start and need to go searching for them?

You get more missions for followers from mission table and you can do quests if you want to, at level 35 you can get the lunarfal inn lvl 2 where you can hire more followers.
