Granted they aren't 100% but it becomes much more work for the same results. WoW does take skill to be very good and as you step into different arenas or RBG's it does get a lot harder.

This is such a joke of an event. These guys give everything they have with time and money to make sure they are the best, they train harder than anyone, they do their research and practice hours on end and they make this event look like a high school pep rally. These are the best PvP players in all of World of Warcraft and they barely acknowledge them. I think this is a lack of marketing strategy and proper advertisement. So sad and underrated.

It's actually a ton of pageantry considering it's basically a PvP minigame patched into a decade-old pve MMO. They have a good venue, an audience, prize money, tons of cameras, interviews, and surprisingly good commentary. That's a ton of commitment for a small esport with a small audience within a relatively low skill-ceiling game.

Draenorxy Ye maybe, some combs like hp/ms were just op, even if the players wasn't that experienced in PvP, gear was able to carry them (sm or twilightscale for example) But i liked the possibility to create your own individual skilltree and gear for your own playstyle in wotlk much more than in the later Patches. I had the Feeling that there was only 1 good equip/skilltree for each class and you wasn't able to go anotherway after wotlk

I don't know of anything that would make it look like the spectator program used here, but if you go into your Interface settings and go to 'Raid' you can check a box near the top so that you will always display groups with raid frames and then another in the middle to make the frames coincide with the respective players' class colours.

It's mostly the latter. It's basically impossible to recover after it's 2v3 because you're either down your healer and boned or you're down to one dps source and couldn't outdamage their healer even with all of your cooldowns popped.
