In this video I compare some drugstore and affordable makeup to high end makeup while putting the new NYX Born To Glow Foundation to the test. Sometimes drugstore makeup us better than high end makeup and this video is a great example. The fact that the high-end side is the side that became more oily is blowing me away. That alone sells me for the drugstore foundation, primer and powder. Outside of that, both sides look really similar. I can’t even tell see the grey undertone on the Natasha Deonna palette but I believe you and with you seeing it directly and having a better eye for that kind of stuff is enough of a review on that for me. Lol. After watching your review, Ive recently added the Elf Jelly Primer, Sahara palette and new NYX foundation to my list. It’s so hard to find the foundation, but I’ve only looked at Target and Walmart, so I think I need to hit Ulta up. I love your videos!! ❤️

I just feel like the Biba palette was more cool toned in the browns and the Alter Ego Sahara palette seemed to be warm toned and kept the warmth. The underlying undertone in the Biba palette seems to flow with the overall theme of the palette in my humble opinion. But a lot of people don't like cool tones so I get that. You look banging as usual!!! 😍💖

Girl the low end side looks better to me and I will be going out and purchasing that NYX GLOW Im an oily girl so I haven't tried the grip primer you are awesome when it come to doing your face I gave my opinion on the side by side & I would like to see more like this for some reason I always go out and purchase items I see you used I really need some tips on applying setting powders and dont know if its because I have creases already but practice make perfect. Always love your comparison content. I think the visibility of the oils on the high end side had to do with the NYX foundation being more dewy than the NARS. However, the NYX seems to have held up pretty well. I agree with you regarding the eye shadows on the drugstore side. You expect the color pay off to be how it appears in the pan.

I like the way the tones of the dupe palette looked on the eyes. Thank you for saying that about that dark brown. I love using a Dark Warm Brown or a dark cool tone brown on the outer V but I find a lot of them don’t blend well, are not deep enough, or they look like whole different color on the eyes. People talk about purple but the perfect chocolate brown can be hard to find to me. My favorites are Coloured Raine’s Chocolate and Give Me Glow’s Dark Brown Matte from their Coffee Quad.
