Can I ask what the rage bar and swing timer addons are please

The rage bar is just detached from my UI frame in ElvUI and set to hide out of combat. The swing timer is just a Weak Aura. Also set to hide out of combat. (I do not recall exactly which one) There are many if you just Google for one.
