When I try to use the growth potion, it just doesn't work. Cancels out the effect entirely. Tried using toys as well, no luck.

Sadly the old growth method stopped working in classic wow.

i figured this out myself from alot of trial and error and frustration. but the location has been known for a long time, its just in classic blizzard made it way more inaccessible by adding a really rough disconnect void.

It 100% is. it just is such a patience game, money sink, RNG based thing unfortunately. this honestly is one of the hardest things I've ever done without a doubt. As far as I know it's they only working method so far for classic that is public but ik some of the best in the community are working towards an easier solution for classic so hopefully soon it'll be more easily accessible!

I use a private method. There are public methods on youtube that might be able to help give you a working method or might give you some inspiration to come up with your own way. there are likely still working methods for ethernet and wifi users but to my knowledge there is no public method for wifi users.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by the last part. Most of the things I find are through self experimentation but I do on occasion research online. And thank you im glad it inspired you :)

@@SenpaiTheExplorer Your welcome ! What I mean is that the game was really into exploration back in time, in terms of quests, items and zones. Of course most of people always was and are looking for the best stuff and better pvp/pve performances, but I wrote they play "just" for that because today there is a big devaluation of the exploring part, according to me. In vanilla, when you had a good looking party set or success to go in Time Cave, people respected you. Since the release of Classic, and I think the fact that people knows every tricks, every BiS and every quest, people just to get their BiS with minimum playtime and when someone like me said " hey i'm in Hyjal and so glad to return in this place !" I swear that the only comments I receive are "stop waist your time", "you're fkg hacker". And Blizz seems to agree more and more with them. But I may be wrong. Maybe i'm just biased or an angry frustrated, so I would really like to know what you think, you who must also know this community better than me, which didn't play for ten years. And sorry for my bad english, not native.

@@mamlaka227 banning for exploration is very rare, it is looked down on by a small chunk of the player base. I've had people say similar things to me and I ignore them.

How do you get out without the help of a GM who will assuredly ban you

Trial, error and experimentation. Blizzard doesn't ban explorers, if they did I'd long been banned by now. Exploring doesn't violate the tos directly as long as you are not using these skills for advantage over other players.
