average pull is 10 mobs +. you have a 1% resist rate even against grey mobs. you use 2 frost novas per pull. so you have a 20% chance of having a resist. you have to reset every time one mob resists your nova right? once you get out of the iceblock you can also get dazed by them and that is also a reset. i keep trying, but i think this is not as solid as the video shows.

If you strafe out of block, you'll never be dazed. You can always cold snap for a second nova immediately if you need to, then your next block is ready for the next pull. You can also poly/net a mob if its being that stubborn. If all else fails, you're right next to the exit and you can bail out. The better you get at it, and the more geared you get, the easier it is to deal with issues. This is why I showed pulls that had a resist, a few runners and me getting slapped around a little. There are a lot of times where the pulls are flawless and a lot of times where resists happen. Personally, I prefer the higher skill cap versus ZF and the opportunity for better loot. It may not be for everyone and it definitely took a lot of practice but I think it's fun.

@@RLSSUSA i think dm east lasher farm with herbalism gets you about 50g in 30 min. then you can fly to silithus and farm there or take 25 min off. have to test this spot for a couple of days tho. thanks for the fast reply

farmed now for 8 hours. even if i can improve and make more pulls per hour, the loot is just not good enough. you rely on expensive books or boe epics to get to your 50g+. lasher farm gives you a 100% 50g / 35 min and you can still pump it up in the 25 min outside of the dungeon. interesting spot in brd, but not good enough.

farmed with 2 accounts my twink mage from lvl 45 - 52. no epics, 1x 300g book, 2x 100g book, 1x 40g book. some rare items and the usual stuff. if u have to farm this solo with your mage, its not worth for the gold.

When you're calculating GPH, do you include the amount of time you spend resetting if there are fire elementals in the packs? Because that will KILL the average GPH.

If there are ele’s in the packs you’re skipping it aside from the 1 in the center and it doesn’t take too long. There are variables to it all, and when I started doing this months ago, items (like constitution librams) had a much different value. Everything will depend on the value of items on your server and RNG overall. The second day doing this I looted a freezing band so as you could imagine, that skyrocketed my returns. I think this is something that each person will have to gauge it’s worth based on their gear, server, rng, etc. Personally, I enjoy the excitement of potentially far better loot than ZF as well as the skill cap increase. Also if you need runecloth for rep, the runecloth here is massive.

Do you have a trick to get out of ice block adnd nova so easily? Also I was wondering what did you cast at 6:08 to grab this last pack (if you casted anything) Thanks !

To get out of iceblock the big thing is to cancel block and nova right after most of them swing. You need to go when they're between auto attacks. I used counterspell to pull at 6:08, it's great since its instant cast, only costs 100 mana and has a 30 yd range

How do you know the mana cost of your "blizzard spell" if you don't have on your main screen? Thx

Well to be honest I just don't look at it. If I dont have enough to cast it, the big circle wont even appear when I press my blizzard keybind. Honestly, if I don't have enough mana for another blizzard, the pull is botched anyway because I should be doing nova, flamestrike, cone and AE after my blizzards. But in general I just know that a max rank blizzard is around 1400 mana.
