They recorded it together in Singapore especially for this video. Its a similar arrangement tothervSOS 2021. They were both in the latest Virtuosos programme in Singapore with Placido Domingo and the young musicians in concert. It will be televised early next year ❤

👉 This performance of SOS (Dimash's calling card) took place on the sidelines of a benefit concert in Singapore. Dimash and Hauser know each other from the Virtuoso competition 2023 in Hungary. This competition was created by Maestro Placido Domingo for young classical artists and Dimash and Hauser were there as judges. * Stjepan Hauser, known as HAUSER, is a Croatian cellist.*15 June 1986 in Pula, Croatia. His mother is a drummer. He was a member of 2CELLOS, along with Luka Šulić, and now, he performs solo. Hauser finished secondary school in Rijeka. He studied in Zagreb but moved to the United Kingdom where he studied at Trinity College of Music (now Trinity Laban) London and completed his postgraduate studies at Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and also studied in the USA. As a member of the successful duo 2CELLOS, the cellist HAUSER achieved world fame and fills the ranks of large concert halls as well as those of pop festivals (Rock am Ring or Wacken). Hauser is at home and comfortable with classical music as he is with pop music, from the Royal Albert Hall and the Sydney Opera House to New York’s Madison Square Garden selling more than one million tickets to their live shows. His iconic rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal,” the vehicle that launched him as an internet sensation and established him as the founding member of the duo 2Cellos, has not only captured the hearts and minds of millions but, more importantly, has cemented HAUSER as one of the world’s most important twenty-first century instrumentalists. Adored around the world for his genre-defying repertoire and jaw-dropping live shows, HAUSER has made a name for himself with his signature cello artistry. In 2018, he appeared in People Magazine's 'Sexiest Men Alive' issue and appeared with Lang Lang at Chinese TV New Year's Eve Gala. With more than a billion audio streams across the globe and more than 4 billion views, the Croatian cellist is a phenomenon that is one part virtuoso and the other that of sheer, animal magnetism. I think you might be referring to their collab with Ave Maria they did during their Virtuoso judging last year in Hungary, the clips of which were released earlier this year. Thanks for reacting to this one. They were in Singapore as part of the Virtuoso team performing at an event. The two of them are indeed phenomenal and like you, I'd love to see them in concert together....or at least each of them guesting at each other's concerts. Dimash and Hauser are such masters, each becoming the song when they perform. ❤️😊

great reaction! I love this version of SOS, I must of watched it 20 times. The cello adds so much to the song. If you haven't seen Dimash's vid you mentioned, Grateful to fate-it's very good. It's a smaller view than normal but great song. It's filmed in a Kazakh park.
