All people need to eat daily is fresh garlic, that will keep your blood pressure low. Not everyone have the money to get the garlic, and important to get garlic growing in Jamaica. I’m 75 years and my blood pressure was 120/70 few days ago, lots of of people need vitamins D3 daily and eating healthy. The vitamin D deficiency is bad in everyone but more in seniors and overweight people. It’s really not recommended because of many factors but it’s very important for over all health including what you asked the herbal person. Please stay safe and healthy ❤❤❤everyone,
