In this World of Warcraft Video Tutorial Erosium is going to show you how to make a clean WoW ui using NO Addons and only the base World of Warcraft UI. In Dragonflight World of Warcraft released a whole new way of editing your in game WoW ui. Getting back into the game, last played in 2018, and this whole Blizzard's version of UI editing had me lost, haha! I suppose I don't require Bartender anymore? Great, great video. Edit: Just watched a Bartender 4 video and so many memories came back to me RE: preferences, etc... likely Bartender is still highly useful to 'go the extra mile' with customizations!

It might be best to have the stance bar near the same place as the pet frames. At least on a warrior or something you wouldn't have a pet so the pet bar wouldn't show up there. I'm probably going to fiddle with my UI again after seeing this video.

So I’m having issues, I make my appropriate layout and save it, however every time I log out and back in my layout is not existent anymore, Iv even copied to clip bird and had it on notes to each time quickly import, but it also won’t import anything for me. please help bud

This is the EXACT reason I came looking for some insight. The odd thing is, I thought it was only me. And it only happens on 2 characters of my 5, my Mage and Lock. I've tried every combination to man there is to copy what I did for my other toons including "character specific" save and without. Nothing works!

Help! I can make all the changes that I need to. However, they don't stay! If I log out and come back in, none of the changes remain! Each time I log in I have to re-adjust everything again. I have named different layouts, and still, nothing stay's put! Do you know if anyone has any pointers? Thanks!

Make sure when you have made your saved changes you log out properly, do not disconnect, or close the game via windows. Click log out and let it log out properly then close the game and open / log back in. Hopefully this will save your profile properly.

If you can remove borders, and reduce the padding to 0... blizz ui would be nice.. but it always looks like a tablet ui.. everything is so f*cking huge, and no, I dont want to shrink it down.. just want everything closer together.. we have mouses... those are damn accurate :p, dont need all this padding, what you see on mobile and tablet interfaces, touch interfaces... Elvui ftw.. after all these years..

why would you have to do it? .... look at your bars at the end, you have so many random boxes without any skills in them. It doesnt look "clean". NOW sure you can make an actual clean ui (AND I'VE DONE WHEN IT CAME OUT) just using wow ui BUT still it has a lot of limitations. Apart from lack of HP/resources bar customization, the biggest one is keybinds on the same character (I know you can setup keybinds per character). Go setup the cleanest ui as WW monk, setup your keybinds. Put every bar where you can track everthing you need to play the spec...NOW swap to BM monk and evreything falls apart. Since you can do rearrange your keybinds without ruining your WW monk, you are stuck using the same bars and binds which lead you to have a ui with random empty boxes like you have at the end.
