Lovely stitch with so many uses and you showed it on the title screen which is so helpful. (I'm not the only one who gets frustrated at watching a video with a pretty ball of yarn on the title screen and vague description only to find the pattern usnt what I want or I've seen it 6 times before from others!) Can I respectfully give you a tip for changing colours neatly? Stop the last stitch before the last yarn over and pull through and change colour at this point instead of at the end of the stitch. Try it and you see no old colour going into new colour. This tip is from my Mum who still makes pictures in SC (double crochet in UK) and joins them together into blankets in her late 80s after many years practise.

Yes about the color changing!! It is so pretty to have distinct colors but attaching like this person did looks messy! My grandma taught me how to crochet when I was 10 and got the measles! Missed 3 & a half weeks of school and was bored to death after the first week!!
