The baby will be a welcome addition to Princess Sam and the added bigger home. Selling the farm home will help alleviate many things that you will not have to worry. Twenty acres is plenty and with fresh meat as well. You living closer to medical departments and doctors is awesome. Lots of daily Prayers to you and family. May God protect you always. Wow, dear hearts, the floor is done and it looks amazing. Great job, guys! The new addition, i had a feeling it was going to be for a baby, that at one point i asked if a baby was coming and you told me this more or less "no baby yet, but hopefully soon". Well, the "soon" was already a "baby in the belly", thank God. You look amazing, dear heart. Just in case you dont have any yet, buy some cocoa butter to rub when your belly gets bigger. There won't be any strech marks, believe me. Hugs for all and God bless.

I’m in the USA & a half bath is toilet with sink, a 3/4 bath is shower, toilet & sink. A full bath is toilet, sink, tub & sometimes both shower & tub. 💜 🤣👋🏻

I have a suggestion. I know the extension (mud room) is 12' long, but I'm not sure how deep it is from front to the window, I was thinking if it's 4' or deeper, why not make the mudroom 4x12 and use the back half to make a bigger kitchen with a pantry (and a back door with small open deck/porch). I'm sure Ashley likes to do canning and stuff and this would give her the space, and space for a bigger fridge (to hold bottles and such) and a dishwasher (to sterilize the bottles). It would save her time and give her more play time with baby. Also for your bedroom/bathroom suite, maybe think about putting in a walk in closet because once ya'll are living there full time you'll need space for all your Ariat clothing (lol) Just something to think about. I'm still praying everyday that baby stays healthy.

We will have to go over more plans as the main area where you see the couch, etc is actually going to become part of the current kitchen and the living room will be in the new extension. And a walk in closet would be awesome and a great idea! Thanks so much for the prayers!

Nah, babies don't need a full-sized adult tub lol all we have now is a shower, and all we did for our kids was use a Rubbermaid tote for a tub in the shower. Worked just fine till they outgrew the tote, then they had to learn to use the shower lol
