as a madrid fan this game will be tough and we really struggle with set pieces in general... free kicks especially corners... although vino is top tier I think sometimes his ability to pass lacks hold the ball too long and sometimes that's affect the game. Bellingham usually makes great run in the box but mini hold the ball too long to see those runs.. our 2 forward 7 and 11 barely work as hard as 5 and 15 throughout the entire game this sometimes feels like the midfield is vulnerable... I also would appreciate 10 starting over 8 because attacking wise 10 pushes the ball forward compared to 8 who usually distribute the ball sideways for the wingers to make runs but with modric he breaks the midfielders defence and create more chances

And yes, i dont what vinicius do, even wen he has options he wudnt pass it instead try to dribble past n lose possession. It was frustrating watching him against city in the frst leg, we cud hv scored more if he wasn't that selfish

I think the midfield has to be 8, 15 and 12 plus hybrid 5. 10 comes in as a sub and it will be beautiful.

@@timberhoff but if u notice some of the previous matches u cud see that wen 10 n 12 come in as subs they kind of take control of the midfield in the later stages,very beautiful. And yes 15 n 5 are untouchables, they hv the highest work rates

10 just played a last match and really doubt he will start this one. I think real played this seasons best and most controlled matches with 8 and 15 as a 2 CM pair. They compliment each others strengths and weaknesses so well in the middle of the park. If you add 18 next to 8 the team loses a bit of chemistry imo. And you cannot in any circumstance add 12 and 18 together as a starters. Not yet at least.
