I play a lot of Kagura, so I know how good she is, but I also know how to counter her. You just need to freeze her without having her umbrella. Which is kinda hard because you have to predict the enemy. But there's a trick I always use, there's are a lot of times she doesn't have her umbrella. (1) When she's the one attacking. So let your enemy Kag attack you first, then that's the perfect time. (2)Also in team fights, focus on her, as you see her umbrella fly, flicker at the safest spot and do your combo. (3)A lot of Kag users put their umbrella faraway from them, so when times she is ganked, she only needs to move a bit away from her umbrella to have it back on her and use her second skill purify. That's the reason why u always need to use your soroundings, bush and flicker, think like an assassin, or like using Guinevere, never reveal yourself from map and get one step ahead of your enemy. Her combo animation is now faster, which means it's now less likely for the enemies to be able to get a chance of using skills. UNLESS THEY HAVE PURIFY, accept your fate :)
