You can go to the WBA, WBC, WBO and IBF websites and read the official rules on Clinching. They're very specific about these rules. It becomes painfully obvious Floyd was a protected fighter because he's never once been warned or penalized for clinching in any fight. Floyd literally used this to prevent engagement with the opponents and used this to prevent the fight from moving forward. How else can you explain him using it over 60x a fight and never being warned? Anyway Floyd is trash and that's why he ducked Manny for over 10 years and is now fighting youtube losers instead of giving Manny a legit rematch. Us fans love Manny the same way we love Ali and Tyson. These guys left it all on the table every fight. Floyd never did that once. He fought scared and clinched his way to victory. For me, the status GOAT is awarded by the majority of people not by a boxing organization or anything that is controlled by people with power. Being greatest is hard to attain unless many boxing fans see it and give it to you cause' in their eyes and heart, you're the GOAT. It's not all about boxing skills. @james Deer Just watch how pacman are being robbed by therapist before the fight and how his drink are change during the fight Pacquiao are the most robbed fighter they cannot just accept the truth that fight is the goat ..never that Spence made a trainings it was Ugas that trained and it was Pacquiao fighter sparring that spar Ugas days after he finish spar on pacman.. pacman legs are being massages by therapist minutes after his fight.. and change its drinks on round 2 or 3

Wow, this so much love and support from the fans for Pacquiao, definitely he will take home the belt from Spence or Ugas.
