I am a bit confused here. Why can't the government pay civil servants well enough to take care of their accommodation? Civil servants should be able to choose where they want to live... What kind of leadership is this, I mean both parties? Fix the financial service system so banks can provide mortgages to all citizens. Build social houses for citizens providing affordable home rentals.... Use those funds to build the nation... infrastructure, healthcare, safety....hmmmmm You will not see this anywhere in the Western world where you have a durbar for this.... a whole city built, no sight of the leaders as this is why we sent them there.. About time, we raise our expectations and expect high quality governance..AhhhhhhhI. The solutions of our problems are all written by Kwame Nkrumah....just read,... we just lack good leadership...

However, our leaders choose to continue to make bad decisions. Enough of this. Invest in the following with the little money available 1. Ghana home building - task to just build social homes for the citizens 2. Ghana infrastructure service - we are not ready yet to start giving road and infrastructure contracts....set up a public road construction sector and recruit our young energetic youth to build the nation with modern technology 3. Security - citizens must be protected everywhere in the country....how difficult is this? Our young population is ready and waiting to serve. Why do we need burglar proof in our windows? We are not prisoners...provide opportunities for the youth, and all this will stop ...leave the power on 24/7 4. Sanitation - clean the country, open gutters, why? The list goes on....... If our politicians cut the number of MP'S, ministers, V8, unnecessary durbars, allowances, unnecessary foreign travels, etc, we can tackle the list... Lets hold our leaders responsible...non of them need business class travel we are not there yet...
