Do you check sell through rates with everything you buy? Or just get it if it re sells for a lot?

I do a mixture. I like to check the sell through rate and see if comps are high on previous sold items. I will pick up items that do not have 100% sell through rate. It really depends on that specific item, the style, size and brand.

I have an inventory system where I have boxes in alphabetic order and then in those boxes I have my inventory organized in numerical order. I'll have to make a video on my inventory system. ♥️

I was really intimidated by eBay too. I think lots of people are but like with anything. It's hard in the beginning and then once you get going and get the hang of it it's really simple. What amazing scores! Question: How do you figure out the sell through rate? And as for keywords what are some tips you recommend? This is all so fascinating to me!

Thank you!! Good questions! For the sell through rate type into eBay the item that you're looking to potentially purchase and then you'll see how many items are actively listed on eBay. Then I go to "sold" and it will give you the number of how many of that item has sold and if the number of sold items are greater than the number of active items then then that's over 100% sell through. As for keywords it really depends on the particular item you have, but I like to use additional keywords such as movies, TV shows, bands or anything that's relevant to that style. @@ThriftandThriveMarita Hi, Marita! When I type in the item that I'm looking to purchase, I get a lot of extraneous listings in the search results -- same when I filter for the sold items. So the item count numbers are way off to calculate sell-through rate. Then I end up getting flustered and just "going with my gut," which doesn't work out so well. I am so bad at this!

Omg 3 Dales !!! Congrats 🎉🎉🎉 lol I sold mine too recently for $203 ! Got it for 5 bucks at goodwill 😅can’t believe what we find in the wild right !
