I updated the original weakauras from Mokilok to re-equip gear right after using Diamond Flask (was 3 seconds on the original).

Works like a charm. Worth noting is that you need to have shirt as a part of both item sets in Item Rack for this to work. Not just having it equipped generally

Hi I've never used weak auras before ive made the macro and i believe ive sorted the weak aura out bit for some reason it isnt working i dont understand why

Hello and welcome :) Did you install itemrack too ? it's mandatory, after that you need to import the weakaura settings (link in description). Let me know if you don't make it work.
