Solid video, but I'd disagree on a couple of points and I'd like to add some things. 1 - never go 5/5 shadow focus for pvp, it's actually spell hit and not penetration so you go 2/5 and you're capped. Put the talent points from shadow focus into focused mind, the talent isn't that great, but it's the only other viable option. 2 - The disc part of the tree is more interesting and open to theory crafting, your pvp gear in TBC will have absolutely no spirit so you'll have around 200mp5 with s3 gear, meditation is going to give you around 60mp5, which I don't think is worth it, considering the shadowfiend and VT. 3 - The disc spells dispell protection is an all right talent, but if you're against semi-adequate players you'll have to use PWS before the spell lands, the dispell resistance is going to help only at the start of the battle, however the talent gets better, if you're constantly reapplying r1 shadow resistance and stamina buffs, but never run around with a fear ward on, unless you are playing against a class that can't diapell it or using it as dispell fodder against some shaman comp. 3 - Don't just dot everyone, you're going to screw up any CC that breaks on dmg that your part can use. Blind/poly f.e. 4 - Spriests don't have burst, mind flay, swp, VT don't scale with crit at all. You don't use the +crit dmg talent from the shadow tree. 5 - Consider going troll, if you're sure you'll be playing only shadow. You'll be the punching bag of the team and blackout + shadowguard gives you some time to breathe. The healing reduction curse rank one also comes in handy. Otherwise solid guide.

You can mass dispel cyclone if against a druid

In retail you can, in TBC and wrath you cannot remove cyclone in any way besides trinket.

Sure, I will probably make videos on positioning. It's VERY hard to explain this in a comment but to keep it simple. Always be near a pillar and only come off of it if you are super ahead and going for a kill. If you're randomly in the middle of the arena and not able to los people when you need to go defensive you will just die in most situations.

Any tips on what race to pick for horde? I've seen both arguments for UD and Troll (hex) and it comes down to UD for 2's, Troll for 3's, which connects to my next question, does SP has a higher chance of pushing high in 2's or in 3's?

UD is better for comps with MS like RPS, Priest hunter Druid, and troll is better if the comp doesn’t have MS like shadow play or god comp.

Just for the record, why was I not surprised to see a *male ud sp* in the video 😂 Already I can hear some folks thoughts "dude troll SP is far superior in 3vs3 shadowplay due to hex (ms) and add that with shadowguard" on and on. Heck I even think we'll see more Belfs around this time regardless of class. Since silence does not cause DR and SP's silence can't be trinket. Cough, "Healingproof" Belf Mage anyone?

Absolutely, fear and poly with two silences and one being a cs is still very strong. You only miss out on dispersion mainly

Yeah, keep power word shield up every time your 15 sec CD falls off. As a shadow priest you need to be very aggressive because if you play passive you will get rolled. You need to pump damage and abuse your positioning. If a melee is on you make him overextend etc. ALWAYS keep good positioning because you getting caught out of position is almost certain death against a team that knows how to abuse it.

@@Earpugs where to start ? Who the fuck runs lower threat in disc tree over imp power word: shield ? and 2% less hit in shadow tree to put in reduce mana cost on mass dispel and dispel

You take that for the chance to not be dispelled which is essential for your fear ward and keeping your dots up making the enemy team waste GCD’s and mana on dispels that don’t work, not for the threat. I personally wouldn’t go deeper into the shield because anti dispel is better than an extra 200hp on a shield IMO but up to you. You could also go into absolution for the spam purge if you want to I agree there I didn’t mention that. But if you’re running with a sham who can purge then no need probably.
