Do you have any problems picking up the cash from a lottery retailer, especially if you win £500.00 in cash? I've heard people say they often don't have that amount in their tills to pay out.

I just got the ££ symble £50 so got £100 on sat was quite shocked, haven’t had a big will in around three years

@@nigel5608only major supermarkets will pay the £500, smaller retailers can only pay up to £100. Any win over £500 must be sent off to Allwyn.

I won 500 on this in November hole card winners Tesco Waitrose Asda none would cash it like they don’t have enough cash quick take your money not so fast pay it out in end londis shop cashed it for me

Easyq12345 you were lucky Londis paid out at their descretion as its only ment to be major supermrkets as you listed but as you said they only have a certain amount set aside each day for lottery payouts and only the designated supervisor can authorise pay out and thats if they are at work! I had big problems cashing my 2 £500 top prizes last year, as you say quick to take hoopsto jump through to get winnings
