LOVE, Love, love your reaction !! That was probably fireworks at the end. Probably an "M-80". Nowadays everybody would have "Hit the Deck" when that happened !! Things were so much simpler in the Summer of '79 (I'm 76 yrs. young)... Great reaction, your eyes and ears were rivoted on the performance, and I love your insights when you re-played it. @@GracieReacts Hi Gracie. that was not a gunshot at the end of the song. It was a flash pot. Back in 1979, when this concert was filmed, we bands would use flash pots for a big onstage special effect. Usually at least two, sometimes 4 would go off at once. These were crude devices which included two exposed wires, gun powder and smoke. They were also quite unpredictable. In this case, you hear the "Boom'. But there was no flash or smoke. So, it was a misfire. This happened to us with somewhat regularly. Like I said, they were very crude devices and quite illegal in 2024. RNB
