Very good work in freeing the dog. Thanks for helping it. The dog seems to have had a "choke chain collar" on, and it was this which hooked on to the barbed wire fence. Those types of collars can be quite dangerous for dogs, especially in these types of situation.

Today morning I went to save a puppy which has been crying last night . It fell in a drain in very critical position. However I couldn't do it. And I requested everyone I saw on the street there. After sometime a person could it. I came to my house back. After 2 hours I got a very good news. First time in my life I felt that ..there is really someone who is watching me . Thank you universe , thank you my Lord . I am blessed.

Heres an idea, instead of leaving the dog, TRY FIND IT AND SEE IF IT HAS INJUIES TO ITS MOUTH, ALL THAT WIRE IN THE DOGS MOUTH ITS MOST LIKELY INJURED AND NEED VET TREATMENT
