Read your bible very well, verse 28 particularly " he must keep silent in church" meaning he must not address the church in tongues if theres no one to interprete. " let him speak to himself and to God" that means when we all pray together we are not talking to anyone but to God 1 Cor 14[2] For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God Tongues are not for only one purpose
