The greatest problem of Nana is incompetence manifesting itself in arrogance. He knows it all and will not take anyone constructive criticism. In his inner circle, any sane person who want give him better advice contrary to his opinion is immediately ousted. So to be in his good books, you to be giving him unmeritorious praises which keep bloating his ego to sink the country more.
