As a cecilion player I suggest that if you see any jungle monsters early game just use your 1st skill twice and don't clear it it'll help increase stacks faster and take blue on late it feels like cecilion on steroids and use the 3rd mage emblem it'll help save mana alot

Yes - ceci with 300+ stacks, blue buff, talisman, and the mana regen emblem basically lets you fire non-stop for a full minute in the late game before you run out of mana.

Impure rage sucks on cecil, think about it, if you use mystery shop you will be able to get elegant gem fast (which i advise you prioritize instead of armor boots [yes armor boots not Mana regen boots] ) and lighting truncheon as well, dont use impure rage its "extra" mana and dmg is way too small to use over mystery shop, go to strong will game theory for a full item/emblem guide, no im not his idk promoter or something i genuinely think hes a good content creator for ML.

@@angdelr32- I understand what you're saying, but it shows a focus that I believe is inefficient. Mystery shop exchanges your upper potential for more immediate gains, which is particularly suitable for heroes that want to get core items fast to end the game before late game (Valir, for example). Ceci on the other hand wants to get to the late game. The percentage gain on mana from impure range is not about the time when you have hundreds of mana but thousands of mana. It's to improve your sustain past the 20 minute mark.

as ceci main, one tip that ppl never mention is that when u took the blue buff,u wanna benefit most from it instead of engaging in uncertain team fights / ganks try spamming 1st skill to the lord after getting it instead of wasting time in the bush, spam until ur mana ended and recall then do it again, u will get a ton of stacks in this way within minutes, probably around 50 stacks if u have ult

His damage is just so surprising most of the time, in late game, he can delete 60% of a squishy's health, which will force that hero to either recall or play like a scaredy cat

Cecillion, the only mage who can burst you with full tank build cause he's just that broken. Although reliant on mana, his early game is actually better than Xavier due to having an escape with his ult, a decent CC, and a high dmg output. Due to midlane having 4 minions instead of 3, his stack collection usually beats out Aldous, and it's difficult to stop him from collecting stacks because of his long range. He can also build semi tank and still do great dmg due to his passive, so he is a certifiable late game menace. His weakness is a close quarters fight. As an example, Arlott can easily destroy Cecillion because of his distance shortening capabilities, not to mention his arsenal of stuns. Overall, if paired with a good team, Cecillion will be a nightmare for the enemy at mid to lategame, while also being rather annoying in early game as he can spam 1st for big dmg. Edit: Common battlespells include Flicker, Sprint, and occasionally purify for teams with high CC. Flameshot is also good, and can honestly pack a heavy punch at late game, but it detracts slightly from his survivability in exchange for another dmg source.

One tip when using Cecilion is not to use skill 1 immediately after using skill 2. You only get 1 stack instead of 2. Wait about 1 second before casting skill 1 to get the full 2 stacks.

Good things for Cecilion is u can't counter him with Athena coz he can keep poke enemy with 1st skill as long as he has mana. And Radiant can't counter him in late coz he did poke with burst damage. U need both of them to survive in mid game from good Cecilion

When tank helps mage in the first wave Selena gets level 2 immediately and can gank gold lane. And is f tank is hiding in early game, what can he do tho?

i miss the time when twilight armor give mana too. i used to build ceci with twilight armour, dominance ice, and ice queen wand for extra mana (together with cod+LT) . he was really unstoppable back then due to the tanky build. nowadays i still use ice queen wand and dominance ice, only twilight armor i replace with enchanted talisman. boots 99% of the time i use magic def boots, for reducing cc time. spell either purify or sprint.

Betosky. I'm a gd ceci player : try to use ur skills, even ult, whenever you can even just on jungle creeps to gain more stacks, and don't use your first and second skill together you will only benefit from 2(1+1) stacks not 3(1+2)... And I recommend building enchanted talisman, it's a must for ceci, even though he will lose some of his burst damage, but it will greatly help him to get a gd amount of mana back especially in late game without the need to get back to base to regen mana

Plz DONT PLAY CECILION with that aim and rly bad cc(your second spell) hehehe joking 😬 Play vs ai 2-3 time with ceci and use the abilities correctly with high accuracy... (Anticipate their next direction) cuz ceci needs that alot And the rotation for ceci is... Second spell + First spell + First spell + (if you to run away or chase, use the ultimate) if not use your second spell again to cc and paralyzing them so you can use First spell again and believe me you will be unstoppable... and after that they will try to target you First... 😬😉 So the game will be more fun 🤗😅 And another advice... PURIFY in my opinion is the best Battle Spell for Ceci😅🥰 And the best items(Build for her) is Mana Based items so enchanted talisman is good too(instead of mana regen boot) My build (Clock of Destiny, Lightning Truncheon, Enchanted Talisman or Glowing Wand for the third, for the fourth item you can go for Holy Crystal, and then Concentrated energy or Brute Force Breastplate) Dont forget that ceci needs more speed for chasing(to attack them properly before they get away (so last item better be Brute Force Breastplate) Goodluck 😊👍

Cecil is been my main since season 20 it's also the season where I bought him and he's still the best Mage how ever I rarely use him because of the 4 minion update and ... Oh boy it's been the rise of the Aldous mid strategy sometimes To be honest ... I never trust that strategy because Usally They will stay in mid until 5 min While stack reliable heros like Cecil is having difficult times because the Aldous mid strategy sometimes is good depends on the user or it becomes a Feeding strategy because the Aldous user is bad Anyone has the same struggle? Yeah this is my main. I usually build half tank build. Mana boots, clock of destiny, lightning truncheon and a few mana based defensive items like dominance ice i also build twilight armour. And sometimes thunderbelt
