Why would you want a bathroom and laundry room off a living room. Bedrooms could be a little bigger with this size house.
@joshuapiatt3713Күн бұрын
The bathroom should be accessed from the laundry room. That would eliminate the door into the living room and solve the issue. I'm assuming it's because that Den is also an optional bedroom suite.
@SfoxeyКүн бұрын
@@joshuapiatt3713Tech all the other homes like this have the entrances the other way, where it makes sense. Where he came in would be the back of the house.. and the kitchen/living/master porch would actually be the front of the house.. this layout with those flipped just messed up the whole layout

I live in California, and most counties require you to add a garage with your home. So to have the laundry room in the front means the garage would be next to it. I’ve never been in this one, I live next to Perris, 40 minutes away. Cool that I finally get to see inside, I know they have outdated homes here, nothing like the other states with two story modular homes! :)

Really impressed with the front & back covered porches!!! I actually like this unique layout, but puzzled by the full bath off the living room. In my opinion, it needs more color or wood tones throughout, but the kitchen is huge with a cute nook off of it. I like how the living room is exposed to the dining room, but not next to the kitchen. Instead, the kitchen is next to a very nice looking family room. I would prefer the master bedroom to have a closet outside of the bathroom. Overall a fine home 😊

Tech it's the same layout like many other boxed triple wide, but they made the back entry the main entry and the main entry a back entry. Totally weird. If they flipped that around it makes complete sense.

Anyone else at 3:00 yelling at the TV to tell Chance that technically he came in the back way where the den, laundry, and bedrooms are! Not the living/dining/kitchen side lol Then you see the "back porch" and start yelling at your tv to tell chance the people who built it put the porches on the wrong side of the house! 😂😂 Layout makes a LOT more sense, and would make me buy it if they flipped the entrances to where they would normally be in other homes like this!
@HomeVideos-fx5bbКүн бұрын
Well it’s because the laws, rules, regulations that California has for manufacturing homes require them to include a garage. You gotta live in the outskirts for them not to require garage so having the garage in the front and the laundry room connected to it makes sense.

The second one in a row that I absolutely LOVE. I'd have carpet just in the bedrooms. I'm not sure about the first bathroom you showed. Maybe it could be a half bath with entry from the utility room. I'd possibly have the formal dining table in that office room. The kitchen is big enough to have a flat top hob and counter height oven (easier for people with bad backs 😉). I like the windows in the bathrooms. And a removable shower head would make this perfection for me, my fiance and our cats. The grandchildren when they stay too of course 😅

It has all the rooms I need. I like roomy small homes. I also like the separate breakfast room. The bedrooms are tight, but I'm sure you can alter the floor plan for a fee. The price is cheap! It reminds me of a John Weiland floor plan for a townhouse. He is deceased but his company builds in Atlanta. He designed a townhome with a living room, family room, dinning room, breakfast room, and kitchen all on the first floor with an elevator. These homes are $1 million+.

This home has some quirks but the layout gives you some options to work around that. Laundry room off the side could be nice for a side garage. Den can be converted into bedroom, nice. Lastly, the back porch looks like it could be extended out and around the kitchen to the side. Downside is no pantry and having to customize. Might bring the price up a bit.

Checks all my boxes. My grandparents lived in Hemet. Their washer and dryer was out on their back deck. Not all uncommon out there. They had two bedrooms, a den with a sliding patio door and two bathrooms. The second bath was just off the back patio, not near any bedroom, but it was functional and small, but cute. I don't think any layout is to unusual for California.

Yeah it's weird that these developers flipped the entrances around to where they always are on homes like this. Any other home I've seen where he came in would be the back of the house. And the kitchen side wouks be the front of the house. It just messes up the Floorplan the way it was switched here lol

Ok, two living rooms with a dining room in the middle. What happened to what was called a family room…separate from the main living room. Usually a main living room was kept on the nicer side for company and the family room was for, well, family to enjoy. And a formal dining room, well…no wonder I love old houses.
@debbiekennedy6030Күн бұрын
I don't see why two dining areas and 3 living areas would be needed, unless maybe for a 5 bedroom because of large family. No fireplace either. I like it when there's a space that can be turned into areas for different uses. I need an art studio and resell room. It would also be great to put pet stations in.

I don’t really care for the layout on this one, it’s a little oddly different! There’s no walk in pantry, the size, there’s definitely room for one, especially if you change the layout to remove the (in my opinion) wasted space. The rooms seem a bit small as well. It’s big, but the use of space is not maximized. Thank You for showing us so many different options. I’m sure some will love it. You and your personality make the video worth watching.
