WoW - Weird Login Screen

this has happened to me a couple of times lately. not sure whats going on.

I like that log in screen the best that i miss that log in screen

Someone else on KZbin has a similar video error on the login screen, but his is far more pronounced (wall texture behind) It looks to me like the video memory wasn't cleared and it's calling on textures for what were previously in the assigned texture memory on the graphics card and it renders it as is, meaning the textures are incorrect giving you this odd looking login screen.
