How do you get the clay so that you can plaster with it? Also where do you get those window frames

I was wondering that as well. And i came across how to make homemade textured gesso. Look it up online. Its fantastic, ive made it and used it. Theres different types of gesso you can make. Plain gesso or textured gesso. Glue. Acrylic white paint... plaster of paris or you can use talc powder, mix it all together. I noticed the plaster of paris gave a lovely textured look to the walls. Its used alot in mixed media crafts.

Beautiful as always..these beautiful cottages are built so beautifully in real life ,they are built with no nails at all they use joints and wooden pegs ..amazing craftsmanship of the builders and many of them can be hundreds of years old..New buildings will not last so long..The only downside of these cottages the ceilings are usually low and the doors are low too so it means tall people need to bend to get inside..but going into one of these places is lovely you can feel the age of the place..you did a lovely job of this one ,the roof looks beautiful with a great design on it too 😀

Amazing! What are the sides of the house covered with? Do you dilute the clay with water? Or do you use some other type of art medium. Whatever it is, it is not as thick as what you put on the roof. Thank you for your reply. As always....love your work!
