@@edgryffinichura1826 If he shoots straight though the flat stern plating yes, but he drifted too far forward so his shells were arming on the rear plating before reaching the cit. You see the shells enter through the corner at an angle, meaning the effective armour of the DM reached the 37mm arming threshold for Petro. If he hits the stern plating flat, then the shells don't arm until they reach the citadel plating instead. Don't think it was just RNG here.

This game is a shit show of double accounts in ranked. DDs in circles just spotting for some player in the enemy team. Others just press W and leave the ship to rush/suicide. It's a complete shit show and WG knows it as it's simple to figure it out but it's player population, they don't care. The only thing they are careful with is to make MM "clean" for content creators so each time someone complains, the content creator will always say "ah that's bs", "that never happens", "the only thing that exists is stream sniping" etc but they would always deny it, right? After all, for some it's an important part of their income. When server population is low, cheaters will start 2 or more accounts and start ranked battles at the same time. More often than you think, they will be in the same battle in both teams. Then, they either spot for themselves or rush and die with one account to win and progress with the other. This is something blatant. From DDs going in circles (just spotting own team for someone) to ships just going forward (like someone just pressed W and left it) and getting sunk... Ranked is a complete shit show of player bots and WG knows it but they don't care, after all they are the biggest cheaters and they just see money and server population.
