It was an unfortunate FRA requirement. The signals don't classify as "interpretive" to them, and have to be brought up to spec as maintenance allows. It's annoying and sad, but we're dealing with it

I actually think for if they celebrate something about the SP/WP they should take SP 6051 on the Martinez sub to on the ex-SP Martinez sub to Davis and maybe Woodland on the Ex-SP west valley sub and WP 913 somewhere on the Ex-WP sac sub so they can ride the main line rails once again like they once did.
