WP Admin Login Not Working, Also Permalink Not Working WordPress 404 [solution]

Recently, I have done theme change, added some new plugins too and my WHM Panel was not working. But it was solved by the webmaster. Also, the cPanel login was also working properly. Still, I was not able to login to wp-admin of this website and also the permalink or the webpages also not loading.
Problem:
➤ cPanel Login Working but not wp-admin
➤ webpage or post page not opening, but website main homepage working properly.
Solutions:
➤ Try by deactivating Plugins from cPanel
➤ Try by deactivating Themes from cPanel
➤ Try by editing .htaccess and permalinks
