Yes Pritam is highly focused and greatly aware that online support may not correspond with the election result. Showcased how composed and polished he is as he replace Low Thia Khiang. This form of leadership handover by LTK to Pritam is very much desired. Pritam took over as Chairman for WP with such strong conviction as a leader, unlike some other party which has a less than stellar leader-in-line.

The estate I live in is under WP and they’ve never let me down,when I call the town council to report any issue, they respond and rectify the issue immediately. Upholding their position is doubly if not triply hard, they must be on their toes all the time to prove themselves and work with whatever limited resources they have. I'm grateful for responsible opposition like the wp. Just think about it, PAP is working hard to buy the vote in your hands. One day if there are no oppositions contesting and the ruling party will get walkover all around. Your vote is not required because PAP can perform horribly but still get elected. What is the incentive to do well? This is just common sense human nature. That will definitely be the downfall of our country. Voters I urge you to give WP a chance to show what they can do in parliament after looking at their candidates credentials. Do look at their party manifesto especially if you are on the fence and see if it makes sense. Do not look at this election as a fight for power. Look at 10 years 20 years ahead. What will Singapore be if there are no oppositions left. Policies will be forced down the throats of citizens be it WP or PAP supporters because we are Singaporeans. I really shudder at the thought. Tomorrow is cooling day, let's just use 5 mins to think of a day whereby there will be no opposition helping to check the government and speak up for the people. Is that the Singapore we are looking for?

I have a question. Perhaps someone out here will know. The PAP govt is always asking all of us to get trained and re-trained to prepare ourselves for the coming challenges that Singapore is going to face; so that we will be prepared for the new economy. Do you know how many of our Ministers is practising what they preach and has gone for training and re-training themselves. Anyone have the facts & figures ? What have the ministers done to upgrade themselves so as to prepare themselves to serve us and Singapore in the coming years ? Or is it that ONLY workers like us needs to be trained. The ministers are exempted because they are a Elite class of their own ?

Fellow Singaporean, if you do not wish to have a repeat saga of the public transport breaking down all becos of a lack of co-ordinated effort between MOT and MOM; it is time to vote for an alternate person to do the job.
