The one and only theme used for an abc affiliate. More common used with Cbs Fox and NBC stations in the 90s The X Factor theme is more prevalent on Fox stations

Let me rephrase that comment for you. As you probably know the theme you mentioned was originally composed for Miami ABC affiliate WPLG which debuted the theme three years before WPDE began using it. The station’s use of the theme was short lived however; in the fall of 1997, the Score Productions package for ABC affiliates began to be used, a situation that continued until 2003 when Stephen Arnold Music’s Pinnacle package was used. Remember when Fox owned and operated station KTTV in Los Angeles began using The X Package back in the fall of 1999? Well WPDE began using it in late 2007 and continued to use it until it was forced to switch to Sinclair’s mandated music package in 2015. In late 2020, Gari Media Group announced that several of its music packages that were introduced before 2000 would no longer be made available to new stations. Anyway another casualty of the station being sold to Sinclair was the removal of certain anchors such as Allyson Floyd and Jim Heath. At the time that Sinclair acquired WPDE, anchor Karin Mallett was employed at WFMZ; Sinclair has removed a lot of longtime Trump critics at their stations and is replacing them with GQP fascist friendly news anchors, a process which is continuing to this day. I truly hate Sinclair owned stations because Sinclair has become a right wing fascist news organization just like Fox News has. However one thing that I really like about Allyson Floyd is the hairstyle she had from 2008 to 2012, which featured straight across bangs.
