@@shenellebrowne3886 Fat transfer will improve the upper pole fullness but may not be able to get you to a G cup. Generally the most you can do is 1 cup size bigger.

Does this procedure damage the mammory glands? Like if I do get pregnant after this procedure, Will the milk supply be greatly reduced or cut off entirely?

There are different ways to do fat transfer to the breast. I only inject fat into the subcutaneous fat of the breast. I don't inject fat into the gland of the breast so it should be impossible to cause any damage to milk production. Some people do inject fat into the gland of the breast tissue and there is a remote chance you could damage milk duct and decrease milk production but this is even unlikely.
