So this truck is made from different parts i had laying around...
The body is a C24-1 i had from "Purple Blaze",chassis is from a C14(identical with C24), longer shock rods from a C34/C44 combined with C14/24/24-1 springs,two speed transmission,MN metal non adjustable links combined with metal aftermarket axle truss for wpl models,WPL 4x4 upgrade and WPL V3 electronics..

It's a nice looking truck. I like it. Those driveshafts look like they're a little more robust than the WPL ones. Nice u-joints. Sweet crawl spot, too.

This build is yet at its early stage,at least cosmetic wise but i love it already.The driveshaft indeed feels more robust and beefy.I always wanted to grab one and finally found a deal online.Thank you for watching Mark!

@@ScaleCustomCrawlers-SCC I could tell by watching how there turning without the slop. Much better U-Joints and shaft fitment. I've been using some hardened steel ones on two of mine and it made such a major difference in the driveline.

Thanks so much!! Honestly I started this hobby with wpl cause they were cheap and I also like the idea having the trucks at my shelfs as decorations as static models. I really love the hard bodied they provide and with a bit of adjustment they can perform well. But I would advise you to start with a km kit, at least that's what I do

Is this stock suspension? If so how did you get it to be so soft???

Mostly I am using wpl products on this truck and spares again from other wpl and mn builds that I have. So as the electronics, as on this one I am using wpl v3 esc/receiver.I tend to build km kits as the are mostly metal parts. Thank you for watching Marco!

I brought it to KM standars,except of the servo which is plastic geared and standard that comes with the plastic kit.But yeah the upgraded version of this truck is much more capable!Thanks for watching Andy!

Did you modified the attachment of gearbox to make it not too low?

Just a rectangle plastic sheet to move the gearbox mounting holes 1 cm above its stock position on the chassis. You need to trim the battery tray though.Hope it helps!
