wpl metal seesaw and modifications

in this video you need to modify the seesaw before you can put it on your wpl ural communications truck and or the other 6x6 truck.

So I did the same thing you show here and it works. I don't know what they are thinking but most of the parts have to be redesigned or modified. Upgrading the "upgrade" parts right? :) Shame Tamiya is so expensive and there's nothing middle shelf. Those wpl's have tough life with me I know but they could make em a lot better. But if tamiya is so good I don't know..Don't have one yet..Subscribed!

Hey mate, you don't happen to have an assembly video of the whole seesaw kit do you? Or possibly put me in the right direction?

This is the only one my friend. Do the same thing to all six dogbones as you see in the video. Add some washers. Yeah they didn't come with instructions. I actually studied a picture to put it together and did my modifications so it would have movement

I do however have another seesaw to assemble that I should do a video on though since ther isnt any instructions. I'll try to get a video made for this my friend

@@redwolfrc1.14 that would be massively appreciated. I ended doing the same thing and built it from a picture (took forever) but I have the same problem, it's so unbelievably stiff with no flex and falls apart.. even lets the standard plastic drive train spilt into two. I'm considering going back to plastic one to be honest haha

@@keenanfranz1622 yes it is stiff with no movement. My video helps to make it rite with movement and some articulation. But make sure you use look tight with your screws after you sand down the sides/eyelets with washers when your done and you should be good to go.i actually had some extra screws longer that came with my metal axles. A separate purchase that I used to mount to the seesaw.

@@redwolfrc1.14 unfortunately I only had the resources to assemble and mount it. It'll have to be shelved till I have the tools or find someone to fix it up. But I have you're video saved so I can use it as reference when the time comes.
