Rhonda, you're a very brave lady to tackle your first 100+ miler solo with no crew or pacers! That's incredible! Good for you! Really enjoyed your story. I was out there also, awesome experience!

Congratulations! Body adaptations happen gradually over long periods of time running on the mountains longer distances over varied terrain. It's a progressive situation. Keep at it!

Wow! Rhonda’s story is incredibly interesting, inspiring and most definitely impressive. 🙌🏼 I learned a lot from her 125 miler experience. Keep up the great work Rhonda and west.

Wow, this was awesome. I am doing my first 50k pretty soon and it is comforting to hear stories like this from when others started. I also followed the 250 and 125 race that week when you both did those and it was great to hear the behind the scenes stuff.

Hey Wes . I'm just wondering if you posted a video about your cocodona 250 adventure? I've been waiting for you to post but haven't come across it yet . Have I missed something? Cheers

Not yet. Sad face. I want to get it done but I've not had the time to dedicate to get it done. Working on it.
