Bas pehle written paragraph ki pehli line se pehle cursor place Krna hai....uske bad enter Krna hai....isse paragraph ek line neeche shift hojayga aur aap asaani se koi bhi heading add kr skte hain...

Wa alaikum assalam, yes definitely. The files we prepare in the WPS office are totally acceptable in all organizations, because this format is supported by any word processor.

Mam how could we use Font type Times New Roman it's not available in WPS office but it's necessary to use?

Hi, for changing fonts, select the text then hoto Home Tab. You'll find the font option there. By the way ...no need to change the font into Times New Romans as this is the default font of WPS office.

Hi Shubham, you will use columns in your document. If you are using the WPS office mobile app, go to the HOME tab and choose the COLUMN option. Hope this will help.

Mam jisy file close kar di h next day phir say work karna h to usi file ko open kar k start kar sakty h mein ny kiya h copy paste but wo only 3 line a rahi h full copy paste ni ho raha plzz help

File close krne se pehle bas apko hamesha file save krnk hoti hai.....kyunki agar ap save nahi krenge to apka data lost ho skta hai....aur agar file save krke hi close kii thi aur dobara kaam karne k liye open ki hai to apko, apka purana sara data as it is milega...copy paste krne ki zaroorat nahi hai...

Try to change the font color, sometimes the data we copy has white font color. Or you can update the app to resolve the issue.

@@FatimaKhan-sd6bs When you will save your document, It will ask for location, then you can select location of your phone/device, where you want to save your file.

Unfortunately, we don't have an option to insert image in background in wps office app. But you can insert image from Insert>Picture and send it behind the text. Picture>Behind Text.
