Cool story. I used to work in Garfield on Penn Ave many years ago. I relocated to Tennessee in 2011 and stories like this make me homesick for Pittsburgh.

Rocky is a filipino? Nice to see Filipinos in Pittsburgh. Don't see so much of them around here. The bike shop is so much alike with local bike shops back home in the Philippines. I love it! Glad Rocky was able to get it running
