I love the song at about 12:00 in the clip! What song is that, and who is the artist?

Its starts at the 10:00 mark. I play the acappella of the previous track over it.... I don't know who did thatTechno track...I used a ton of fill tracks to try to mix different styles of music back then because it was on the radio. This was 27 years ago...I'm sure I have the track...its a Techno track.

I always thought it was the record company/ record producers that made all the unique mixes, and then the DJ's just got the records, played them, and mixed them together. I never knew there was so much mixing done specifically for these nighttime mixes! Thank U for sharing! I grew up listening to HOT 103/ HOT 97.

It's a Belgian techno track. The track is from Cubic 22 called "Rave the Reflex" released in 1990.

yes, Changed format to Hip Hop in 1993 and never looked back!

It was very sad to see it end... Dance music took a turn back then...Trance, techno became very popular in the clubs after that!

Mid 1993, I used listen to the channel and it became Hip Hop in the Spring or Summer of 1993, I think.
