Honestly, I would never expect to have an old weapon set like Cryogenics to get such a major buff. This reload from decrease 17s to 11s changes everything about them. They don’t become OP or anything like that, but they certainly become more powerful and more fun to play with now.

tbh the 11 sec reload also synergises with the groundwork ability so this makes a perfect setup to counter raptors.

11 second reload has completely changed the appeal of these weapons. I have tons of the SE of these weapons, light, medium and heavy but I never bothered to upgrade any. I may just do that now though!

Glaciers definitely aren't meta, but they get near it when on Bagliore. Even the damage per second without any NA or groundwork stacks is bonkers, coming out to roughly 200k DPS. The only thing I know with absolute certainty it cannot kill is a flying Condor and Mauler. Aside from those two, it melts - or should I say freezes - everything else in seconds.

I just made a Typhon Cryo setup like that, but I used the Paralysis drone. When it's max level it results in near instant lockdown, it's awesome

But its almost useless nowadays with lockdown, every players are using phase shift.

I would have preferred a direct damage buff (35% or so) while leaving their reload alone. After all, weapons with names like "Glacier" give the impression that there is something slow but unstoppable about them, and that could well relate to the reload. Besides, it synergized better with bots like Nightingale. But I guess they would rather have it synergize with more recent near-OP developments like Bagliore and Dagon (although recently nerfed). Btw I find your lack of Fafnir disturbing 😂 Anyways, hopefully they won't nerf them later like they have done to radiation weapons after that one buff. Care to test radiations weapons against Zeus, Cestus, and Dragoon family now?

It's listed so it's probably bug, anything thats on the list should remain, no new cancelations since they require a couple of weeks of testing
