Is there any tactic behind killing your allies all the time for a speedrun? (I'm at Oracle in the vid and i'm wondering why he always gives them either a cut with the sword or kills them completly off)

Killing allies serves a purpose most of the time. Generally, it’s to skip dialogue or get nades. The trick at the start of the run in particular requires the marines to be mad at me for it to work.
