They need to fix the slow rate of turn during shield mode. Its unnecessary.

Nah, the slow turn is part of what makes it special, if Ochokochi had been nerfed by only making it turn slow like that it would have been alright, for example. So what's really unnecessary is the lack of module slots and 300k HP when maxed.
