You can skip the cutscenes by using the cheat engine speedhack feature, and speed up the game to max speed during cutscenes, and then slow it down again after, to 2x speed, this game is so easy and boring and 1x speed. And this game still has so much shader compilation stutter all the time, even on a powerful PC. You can make the game load a bunch of shaders every so often, causing few big, long stutters, instead of all the small ones, but still not an optimal experience. Hate when you can’t just buy your way out of poorly optimized games like this, and survivor, and just power through with the most powerful hardware, starting to believe they did this intentionally, so people think their hardware is old, and go out and upgrade…
