Diggs hasn’t had a 100 yard game since week 6! Is he done did he quit on the team? If he can’t beat out wide receivers on bills last year im not worried at all about nico or tank im buying both heavy in dynasty!
@anthonychilds81939 ай бұрын
If you go further with the stats you'll see that in a similar time frame Buffalo not only became more run heavy and Allen had only 2 300 yard passing games (literally the last game and the first game of that stretch); When the OC changed, they de-emphasized Diggs AND the passing game (Allen still has the most QB turnovers in the time he's been in the league), if you watched the games (not always possible) you'd see that Diggs catchable targets were down (didn't help himself in the playoffs with bad drops on good targets), but I don't think it's just Diggs. I think it's the entire team system. Shakir blossomed in this time frame, but I can almost guarantee he won't do well with both Diggs & Davis gone, both big targets requiring a lot of attention. Kind of weird for a team who began their season with a massive SB trophy banner in their practice facility. As poorly as Diggs' season ended he still had the 12th most yards and the 7th most catches in the league. That should really tell people something. He gets a lot of bad press, but if you throw him the ball he delivers (usually).

I traded away my late round 1 picks. Don't love BTJ, Mitchell and those guys. Getting those reroll 1st rounders + from teams I think will get me higher future picks. This classes 1-8 options are elite, but I think the guys after that will dissapoint

One thing to note about Legette - his QB and coaching staff drastically improved for his final two years, and he lost his father in his freshman year only four years after losing his mother. Not to say that any of those excuse the poor production, but it might help explain it. He also was hurt for the final third of his sophomore season

@-alostsoul-69029 ай бұрын
I said this on another video yesterday in reaction to the Diggs trade. I think he might just be a convenient insurance plan that suddenly became available for the Texans, allowing them to ease Dell back into the lineup to start the season while he's still getting back to 100% from the injury without sacrificing their offensive capabilities. Kind of like what the Jets tried to do with Hall and D.Cook last year. By mid season Diggs could be relegated to an A.Brown on Tampa or Julio on the Titans type of role. Everything that has come out about his post-trade contract since and how this is costing the Texans next to nothing with an easy out on Diggs whenever they wish, sort of confirms that idea to me. And if he pops off for them, Texans win even more this year. Its a win win for them. My major takeaways on the Diggs trade now are, Nico and Dell will be just fine in dynasty. However, I now have some pause on how ready Dell might be to start the season. If you're a contender with an already established WR core in dynasty or rebuilding and can buy low on a shook Dell owner without needing him to start the year strong for you, do it! Also I now think there's something seriously bad around Diggs because all signs seem to point to the Bills feeling like they just knowingly kicked a gold-covered live grenade into the enemy camp of a conference rival and are snickering behind their hands while breathing a huge sigh of relief
@jonathanpereira32919 ай бұрын
I have the first 12 picks of my dynasty rookie draft by trading most of my team (8 team league). I still have Josh Allen, Gibbs, and McBride. Do you guys think this was a good idea?
@jlars79549 ай бұрын
Massively sleeping on Ricky Pearsall, he deserved a mention. High IQ pro ready receiver with phenomenal route running and hands. Didn’t get to stat pad as much as the others because he was in Napier’s heavy run/screen style offense. Don’t be shocked when he’s one of the best sleepers from this class
@Miniath9 ай бұрын
For what its worth diggs was used after Joe Brady, he just wasnt efficient, close to 50% completion percentage despite having the most targets on the team by nearly double
@Miniath9 ай бұрын
The truth is Khalil Shakir lead the team in yards, and Dalton Kincaid in receptions the back half of the season, the bills found they could win without him and he wasnt worth the hassle.

In terms of Joe Brady not "scheming guys open" in his offense, if you're an elite talent like Diggs claims to be, you shouldn't need to be "schemed" open in order to be elite, let alone just productive

Keon Coleman erasure is wild. It’s becoming one of those cases where so many people are picking him apart that he’s gone from overrated to extremely underrated. I’ll take him over AD, Worthy, Ladd, Franklin any day. He was a projected as a top 15 pick early and has fallen because of “underlying metrics” that stem from 2 seasons of bad QB play. The only underlying metrics I need is 800 yards and 7 TDs as a 19 year old with Payton Throne as his QB.
