Powerful. Mine is a 2020 WR250 also have a Honda CRF 250 but nothing like my baby.

Too rich loading up. Not enough oxygen up there. If you have a 3 button programmer, if you unhook the ground it'll be back to the stock fuel curve. This will help gain a little power back. Simply hook it back up when you go back to lower elevation.

Interesting. Never ridden that high on mine. Does it have all the performance goodies?

Wow! Fantastic! Dumb question: What is the best time of the year to ride there to miss the assumed snow and hot weather?

We’ve had the best luck around late August before elk season starts. Highly recommend making the trip.

Until recently it was seldom hot at 13k. And now you just never know, look at the weather and snow pack🤙

13k ft is to fckn high for ANYTHING ! I have family in leadville just across from mt elbert and mt massive. Miserable fckn place. Not even fun to snowboard ! Im not jealous.

WRR's dont have any torque to begin with. But at 13k ft its down 39% from 02 loss so its got 15hp, LOL.

I heg to differ 🤡considering how Ive climbed mountains with it multiple times like it was nothing not as light and torqy as an enduro bike but still plenty

@@ASAILESE129 u can argue with the dyno charts and physics of 02 loss at elevation all ya want, you aint fooling anybody. You have the classic and adolescent case of My Bike Is The Best going on, the more u talk the dumber you sound.

@@tieoneon1614 Its basic science less oxygen in the air at high altitude means less power although from the average elevation of 2500 feet to 13000 is only a 7% loss in oxygen so the difference in power is negligible its theoretically there but the engine likely doesn't use all the oxygen it intakes anyways so you would never notice it
