Shiv was strong but was never considered like S tier+ in high mmr if you noticed. I'll tell you this though, it was definitely easier to be impactful with Shiv in lower MMR than you will see with Wraith. Shiv was just much easier to play, Wraith you need to have good aim and mechanics. In High MMR I believe in what Lefaa is saying about Wraith being a monster
