Scarecrow Rottinghouse - Vocals, Keyboards, Programming .
E.M. Hearst & Scarecrow Rottinghouse also have a Electro/Industrial band Called Neo Hizumi. In Neo Hizumi they do various electronic covers of WOTR songs
