You're right, I remember when I seen this girl I went to school with on the news. She had gotten killed in her house with her 2 roommates. They were selling drugs and someone they knew came in the house tied them up and shot them in the head. It was said that a guy one of them was talking to set them up because they were big time dealing. The guy pretended to like you to rob you type scam.

At 16? 16-year old girls are not playing outside at night so the street light rule doesn't apply. I graduated in '83 and my curfew was midnight because I was a responsible young lady just as this young lady appeared to be. I never missed curfew and it appears neither did she which is why they knew something was wrong. A 16 year old is usually an 11th grader and an 8pm weekend curfew is not reasonable. Besides, this young lady was an athlete and her basketball games on Friday nights might not start until 7 or 8pm.

What exactly was a 20-year-old man doing late at night in his car with a 16-year-old girl that wasn't related to him!? And even IF they were just "good school friends" he had to of been in high school at least 3 years ago, making her 13 years of age while him being 17 years old - both being minors and even then the age gaps seems a bit uncomfortable to allow a little girl to hang around a very "older boy" like that..
