Wrangler was right about his assessment of events for the most part. If that was self defense it was very proactive on their part. That car was on the other side of the street when they started shooting it, which is what Wrangler deduced from the projectile evidence.

Historically these sorts of 400-IQ forensics never really pan out there usually needs to be overwhelming evidence (or in the case of defense, a lack of evidence), plus I think in terms of meta: Otto can get away with this one so Wrangler can catch him out on something bigger and more bombastic later, if that's able to 'spell it out' for you.
@rasenpapi56533 жыл бұрын
i watched the whole thing form lenny's perspective. and it really did seem like marlo and otto were guilty. but seeing it from otto's perspective really makes them look innocent. however otto and marlo did set off this encounter by robbing the 2 guys earlier and kicking them out of the casino but i still think both parties shouldve been charged

Is that the same judge that gave Nino two contempt of court charges as well?
@IronicHavoc3 жыл бұрын
No. Though both he and Nino did get contempt of court because they didn't know Los Santos defines contempt as disrespect in the court room, even if court isn't in session.
@Jay-or5ex3 жыл бұрын
@@IronicHavoc Yup - according to University of Washington, there is a term known as "Constructive Contempt" which is essentially contempt but outside of court. (Session in this case). Also, the Judges cannot exempt a witness and withhold a witness. So Penta excluding a witness despite those 2 witnesses being vital and being called into session, they must be brought.

Glad to see Saiiren getting some love, tho admittedly these weren't her best clips. What she does with that accent and intentionally losing things in translation for comedy takes a special kind of wit. She breaks so many players. The server has it so contempt can be at any point in the courtroom. Also you can't say wrangler didn't act up because he didn't get the verdict he wanted. You can't just cry and say stupid shit because you didn't get your way even if it is true you have to act more mature and hold your mouth. Point being she didn't actually do anything wrong it was all within her power and rights. It's just the same was as when people get rude to police they add extra charges to criminals as punishment.
