there are going to be times in our lives when someone else gets an unexpected blessing or receives some special recognition. May I plead with us not to be hurt-and certainly not to feel envious-when good fortune comes to another person? We are not diminished when someone else is added upon. We are not in a race against each other to see who is the wealthiest or the most talented or the most beautiful or even the most blessed. The race we are really in is the race against sin, and surely envy is one of the most universal of those .nice green house Cody

As a present window cleaner I was checking to see if someone else has said it first. They don't like to freeze so keep that in mind when storing and an intimate investment will be around 1000$ if you just go with a DI tank instead of a multi stage filter. Like all things, pray and let God direct your path.
@BeAustinTaylor
@BeAustinTaylor 3 жыл бұрын
@@rockandmeatroll It is an expensive investment so having a window cleaner come out might be simpler but pure water comes out of the brush using a di tank and this water has no particles in it so it rinses and drys without streaks. I sold greenhouses to small to large commercial growers as well as some professional homeowners for years. I could slam that structure but offer instead a couple of helpful, time proven tips: Put some safe heat under that thing to shed heavy snow load if unable, unwilling to remove manually. The pitch of that roof will not self shed especially if an initial dusting of snow/sleet partially melts and then refreezes. If hit with blizzard and several feet of snow, to not allow sidewalls to bear weight of excessive amounts of snow fallen or removed from roof. Have some pre-cut and notched boards handy to scotch the ridge from within if you do get that 75 year snow, they happen about every 50..... Consider whitewashing the northern wall, it transmits no sun from the north ánd the white would reflect sunlight from the south into greenhouse instead of it just passing back out of that northern side, or end wall. Hopefully the structure is oriented with endwalls at North and South. If doing vegetables, keep yellow and blue stuff from within and away from the structure - those colors attract some nasty bugs like thrips, moths and beetles. (Yes, many vegetables have yellow blossoms but not when tender) Coldest nights are typically clear nights so if you want to extend greenhouse use, consider blanketing material overtop on those nights (never if chance of snow) Gravel 1 1/2' outside along walls to keep cutting equipment and weeds away. Do not use Roundup in or around structure, they can volatilize and be sucked into structure with door opening. Put one or two (opposing) fans up, horizontal air flow (HAF) is critical to keeping fungi, bacteria and pathogens at bay. Though a bit noisy they are a must. (Think of how you feel with high humidity, no breeze) The vents overhead only allow heated air to exit grudgingly if no real exchange, vents are forced to draw air in as the release hot air. (Think non vented gas can). Install screened endwall vents or since glass doesn't lend itself easily to retrofitting, rig a screen to wedge into partially closed sliding door. You'll have that open more often than you'd think. Dramm watering wand only, you'll know why. Enjoy!

I have been watching your videos for a long time. Love the overall standard of the work you maintain in all your projects. I have also adopted your phrase 'gives me the fizz!'. I use it at work all the time. That log pile in the background of this video gives me the fizz. All the best Will (from the Island of Borneo).

Glad to see through the years as things keep deteriorating on both coasts you haven't given up on the west and came to the midwest, we'd be happy to have ya though. Maybe you could help us build a wall to keep the East and West coast folks at bay when they finally decide they've had enough. (so many have already eh)
